SHRINERS INTERNATIONAL - BAHIA SHRINE SUPPORTS ONLY ONE CHARITY, THE SHRINERS HOSPITALS FOR CHILDREN. THE ORGANIZATION'S ONLY PROGRAM SERVICE IS RAISING FUNDS FOR THE HOSPITLS AND THE PATIENT TRANSPORTATION FUND. THE PROGRAM TRANSPORTS CHILDREN FROM THE CENTRAL FLORIDA COUNTIES TO THE TAMPA HOSPITAL AND TO THE OTHER SHRINE HOSPITALS DEPENDING UPON THE NEEDS OF THE CHILDREN. WE CONTINUE TO PROVIDE THIS SERVICE AT NO COST TO PATIENTS ON THEIR FAMILIES INDEFINITELY.
OTHER REVENUES AND EXPENSES ARE FROM FRATERNAL FUNDRAIASING AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES INCLUDING REVENUE FROM THE SPRING AND FALL CEREMONIALS, PLUS THE ANNUAL INSTALLATIONS ETC. SEE FUNDRAISING DETAILS ON SCHEDULE G.
