TO PROMOTE, REGULATE AND ADMINISTER INTERSCHOLASTIC HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETICS OF MEMBER SCHOOLS IN FLORIDA IN A FAIR AND EQUITABLE MANNER AS AN INTEGRAL PART OF A STUDENT'S EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE. TO CONDUCT INTERSCHOLASTIC ATHLETIC TOURNAMENTS THROUGHOUT THE STATE, PROMOTE VALUES OF HIGH SCHOOL CURRICULUMS, PROMOTE SPORTSMANSHIP AND SAFETY OF PARTICIPANTS, PROVIDE TRAINING OF COACHES, ATHLETIC DIRECTORS AND OFFICIALS, AS WELL AS REGISTERING OF OFFICIALS.
