THE ORGANIZATION HELPS UNION MEMBERS SEEKING EMPLOYMENT IN FLORIDA TO FIND EMPLOYMEMT. THIS SERVICE IS AVAILABLE TO OTHER MEMBERS OF OTHER LOCAL UNIONS OF THE INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF ELECTRICAL WORKERS (IBEW).


THE ORGANIZATION FACILITATES ELECTRICAL WORKERS UNION INVOLVEMENT WITH EMPLOYERS IN FLORIDA. THIS PROGRAM SERVICE BENEFITS IBEW AS A WHOLE, BUT IT PARTICULARLY BENEFITS LOCAL IBEW MEMBERS BY INCREASING THE NUMBER OF UNION EMPLOYERS AVAILABLE.
