PROMOTION OF THE BUILDING/CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY WITHIN THE STATE OF FLORIDA. AS WELL AS THE EDUCATION OF IT'S MEMBERS ON THE LASTEST BUILDING CODES FOR THE STATE OF FLORIDA AND THE LASTEST TECHNOLOGIES BEING ULTILIZED WITHIN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY AS IT RELATES TO WOOD PRODUCTS AND OTHER BUILDING INNOVATIONS. IN ADDITION, THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDES A FORUM FOR CONSTRUCTION LEADERS TO HAVE PERTINENT DISCUSSIONS ABOUT THEIR INDUSTRY TO SHARE IDEAS AND STRATEGIES TO ENABLE ALL MEMBERS TO HAVE SUCCESS IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY.
THE ASSOCIATION HOSTS AN ANNUAL CONVENTION AND TRADE SHOWS AS WELL AS VARIOUS CONFERENCES TO PROVIDE MEMBERS WITH MULTIPLE VENUES TO SEE VARIOUS NEW DEVELOPMENTS WITHIN THE INDUSTRY. AT THE ANNUAL CONVENTION, THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDES MEMBERS WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO ELECT THE UPCOMING BOARD OF DIRECTORS AS WELL AS PROVIDES THE MEMBERS WITH A REVIEW OF THE PRIOR YEAR ACTIVITIES OF THE ASSOCAITION. THE ASSOCIATION ALSO RECEIVES INPUT FROM ITS MEMBERS AT THESE EVENTS FOR THE UPCOMING YEAR'S PLANS.
THE ASSOCIATION PRODUCES PUBLICATIONS, TRADE MAGAZINES AND NEWSLETTERS THAT KEEPS ITS MEMBERS INFORMED AND UPDATED WITH THE LATEST DEVELPOMENTS WITHIN CONSTRUCTION IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE PUBLICATIONS ALSO PROVIDE THE MEMBERS WITH A WAY TO STAY CONNECTED WITH EACH OTHER THROUGH UPDATED CONTACT LISTINGS AND UPCOMING EVENTS.
