THE MISSION OF THE DECATUR EDUCATION FOUNDATION IS TO SOLVE THE PROBLEMS THAT KEEP DECATUR'S KIDS FROM FINDING SUCCESS BY CONNECTING PEOPLE, RESOURCES, AND IDEAS.
