CENTER FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING A & GA DHHS PROVIDED REFERRALS, TRAINING, INFORMATION, COUNSELING IN SURVIVAL AND OPPORTUNITY ISSUES, PROVIDED EDUCATION OF GENERAL PUBLIS CINCERNING HUMAN AND LEGAL RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WITH REGARD TO DISABILITIES. PROVIDE SELF ADVOCAY TRAINING, SHELTER REFFERALS, PROMOTED SELF IMPROVEMENT, AND INDEPENDENT LIVING AMONG DISABLED PERSONS THROUGH MUTUAL ASSISTANCE, RESPECT, UNDERSTANDING, ACHEIVMENT AND PRODUCTIVITY.
