THIS INCLUDES SUPPORTING THE ENFORCEMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATIONS, CONSERVATION OF NATURAL RESOURCES, IMPROVED EFFICIENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY OF ECONOMIC ACTIVITIES AND ADDRESSING THE CAUSES AND IMPACTS OF CLIMATE CHANGE.

FILED COMPLAINTS RELATED TO SEVERAL DIFFERENT ALLEGED VIOLATIONS OF STATE AND FEDERAL LAWS ADVERSLY AFFECTING THE NATURAL RESOURCES AND PUBLIC INTEREST OF COASTAL GEORGIA. LEGAL FEES COVERED PREPARATION, FILING, AND COURTROOM PRESENTATION OF OUR CASES DEFENDING GEORGIA'S SANDSHARING SYSTEM UNDER THE SHORE PROTECTION ACT GEORGIA AND THE CLEAN WATER ACT FEDERAL. TWO OTHER CASES ENTAILED THE PROTECTION OF CUMBERLAND ISLAND NATIONAL SEASHORE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE SEASHORE ACT OF 1972
