EDUCATOR WAREHOUSE COLLECTS DONATIONS OF OFFICE AND CLASSROOM SUPPLIES AND DISTRIBUTES THEM TO EDUCATORS FOR FREE IN THE WINSTON SALEM FORSYTH COUNTY SCHOOL SYSTEM. A POINT SYSTEM IS USED TO FAIRLY ALLOCATE SUPPLIES TO TEACHERS THAT VISIT THE WAREHOUSE. THE EDUCATOR WAREHOUSE USES A VACANT POD PROVIDED BY THE WINSTON SALEM SCHOOL SYSTEM FOR WAREHOUSING & DISTRIBUTION OF SUPPLIES.
FORSYTH EDUCATION PARTNERSHIP, IN CONJUNCTION WITH WINSTON SALEM FORSYTH COUNTY SCHOOL SYSTEM, HELD A POET LAUREATE COMPETITION FOR STUDENTS. IT IS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR STUDENTS TO FINE TUNE THEIR SKILLS WHILE REWARDING THEM FOR THEIR WRITTEN, SPOKEN-WORD AND CREATIVE ABILITIES.
