IN 2021, THE SOUTHEAST GWINNETT COOPERATIVE MINISTRY DISTRIBUTED FOOD AND OTHER NECESSITIES TO OVER 1,500 FAMILIES RESIDING IN SOUTHEASTERN GWINNETT COUNTY, GEORGIA. THE MINISTRY ALSO PROVIDED FOOD TO CHILDREN DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS WHEN SCHOOL WAS NOT IN SESSION. CHILDREN IN THE SELECTED COMMUNITIES WOULD GENERALLY PARTICIPATE IN THE FREE OR REDUCED MEAL PROGRAM DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR.
IN 2021, THE SOUTHEAST GWINNETT COOPERATIVE MINISTRY HELPED OVER 600 FAMILIES RESIDING IN SOUTHEASTERN GWINNETT COUNTY, GEORGIA WITH EMERGENCY FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. THE SOUTHEAST GWINNETT COOPERATIVE MINISTRY PAID UTILITY BILLS, PRESCRIPTION MEDICAL BILLS, AND PROVIDED OTHER EMERGENCY FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO PREVENT HOMELESSNESS.
IN 2021, THE SOUTHEAST GWINNETT COOPERATIVE MINISTRY PROVIDED CLIENTS MEETING THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS THE OPPORTUNITY TO OBTAIN BIRTHDAY GIFTS, CHRISTMAS GIFTS, AND PERSONAL CARE ITEMS FOR THEIR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18. APPROXIMATELY 150 FAMILIES PARTICIPATED IN THE PROGRAM.
