IN 2021 THE GEORGIA PUBLIC POLICY FOUNDATION PUBLISHED A NUMBER OF COMMENTARIES, RESEARCH STUDIES AND POLICY PROPOSALS. NOTABLE AMONG THESE WERE "FUNDING STUDENTS INSTEAD OF INSTITUTIONS: THE ECONOMIC IMPACTS OF UNIVERSAL EDUCATION SAVINGS ACCOUNTS IN GEORGIA" ON JANUARY 27 AND "DRIVING CHANGES: THE PROMISE OF PER-MILE CHARGES FOR GEORGIA TRANSPORTATION" ON NOVEMBER 15. GPPF ALSO CELEBRATED ITS 30TH ANNIVERSARY WITH A DINNER FEATURING KEYNOTE SPEAKER JASON L. RILEY OF THE WALL STREET JOURNAL, ATTENDED BY ABOUT 240 GUESTS.
