THROUGHOUT THE YEAR, GANMWA MEMBERS AND GUESTS ARE PRESENTED OPPORTUNITIES TO VISIT ART GALLERIES, SEE EXHIBITIONS OF WOMEN'S ART AND MEET LOCAL WOMEN ARTISTS TO ENHANCE THE MEMBER'S KNOWLEDGE AND AWARENESS OF ART BY WOMEN. THE GANMWA OFFERED TEN OF THESE MEMBER EVENTS DURING THE FISCAL YEAR.MONEY EARNED FROM THE GA COMMITTEE'S ANNUAL FUNDRAISERS IS PRIMARILY USED TO PROVIDE DONATIONS OF ART AND SPECIFIC FUNDING TO NMWA AT THEIR REQUEST, AND TO ALLOW THE GANMWA TO PARTICIPATE IN NMWA'S W2W COMPETITION AND EXHIBIT. THE ORGANIZATION IS ALSO MAKING CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE MUSEUM'S RENOVATION.
