TWO (3) BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETINGS, TWO (2) GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS, ONE (1) VOLUNTEER APPRECIATION EVENT INCLUDING OFFICE EXPENSES, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, TRAVEL EXPENSES AND DONATIONS.
MEMBERS SUBMIT $3.00 INTO PRIZE FUND FOR EACH ROUND OF GOLF PLAYED DURING SCHEDULED TOURNAMENTS. UNDER NORMAL CONDITIONS, APPROXIMATELY 125 ROUNDS ARE PLAYED EACH YEAR DEPENDING ON WEATHER, PANDEMIC, ETC. PRIZE MONEY IS DISTRIBUTED/RETURNED TO MEMBERS IN DECEMBER EACH YEAR.
TO CONTRACT WITH AND ORGANIZE GOLF OUTINGS AT 20 OR MORE DIFFERENT COURSES FOR APPROXIMATELY 275 MEMBERS ON A 3-DAY PER WEEK BASIS FOR 11 MONTHS EACH YEAR.
