NFT ASSISTED MORE THAN 2200 PATIENTS WITH FINANCIAL SUPPORT, MOBILIZED 400 NEW COMMUNITY FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGNS, AND COUNSELED AND SHARED RESOURCE MATERIALS WITH MORE THAN 1500 ORGAN AND TISSUE TRANSPLANT PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES. NFT PROVIDED ADVOCACY, FUNDRAISING EXPERTISE, SUPPORT SERVICES AND GRANTS TO ORGAN AND TISSUE TRANSPLANT PATIENTS IN ALL 50 STATES.
