TO PROVIDE 83 ENROLLED CHILDREN, ON A NON-DISCRIMINATORY BASIS, EDUCATION AND SOCIAL ENRICHMENT THROUGH VOLUNTARY PARENT PARTICIPATION AND STAFF GUIDANCE. THE CHILDREN INTERMINGLE THROUGH ART, MUSIC, DRAMA AND RELATE TO EACH OTHER AND THE WORLD.
