IMPROVING FOREST HEALTH ON PRIVATE LANDS: TO CONTINUE THE EFFORTS ON PRIVATE LAND TO MEET THE GOALS OF THE NATURAL RESOURCE CONSERVATION SERVICE'S WORKING LANDS FOR WILDLIFE PROGRAM AND INCREASE POPULATIONS OF GOLDEN - WINGED WARBLERS AND ASSOCIATED FOREST BIRD SPECIES IN PENNSYLVANIA, MARYLAND, AND VIRGINIA.
OTHER EXEMPT PURPOSE ACCOMPLISHMENTS: WITH FUNDING FROM THE SOUTHWESTERN PA COMMISSION - US DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE, THE PROGRAM IS TO TRANSFORM THE REGIONAL WORKFORCE SYSTEM, AND REMOVE ENTRY BARRIERS TO ALLOW HISTORIALLY EXCLUDED COMMUNITIES - INCLUDING PEOPLE OF COLOR, WOMEN, RURAL RESIDENTS, AND RESIDENTS OF COAL COMMUNITIES TO ACCESS THE FAMILY-SUSTANINING AND WEALTH-BUILDING CAREERS OF THIS NEW ECONOMY OF ROBOTICS AND ARTIFICAL INTELLIGENCE (AI).
