THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT AND OPERATION OF INNOVATIVE HIGH QUALITY SERVICE PROGRAMS. THE CENTER FOR QUALITY AND INNOVATION IN CARE (CQIC) WAS FOUNDED TO SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT AND OPERATION OF INNOVATIVE, HIGH QUALITY, COST EFFECTIVE SERVICE PROGRAMS. IT WAS FOUNDED ON THE PREMISE THAT THE NEED FOR SERVICES IS GREATER THAN THE FUNDING AVAILABLE, CREATING A CRITICAL NEED FOR NEW, MORE EFFICIENT MODELS OF SERVICE DELIVERY THAT USES AVAILABLE SERVICE FUNDING IN MORE COST EFFECTIVE WAYS.
