PROVIDE VENUE FOR HIGH SCHOOL SAILING LEAGUE INCLUDING REGIONAL COMPETITIONS WITH OTHER SCHOOLS IN AND OUT OF STATE, WHILE ALSO HOSTING EVENTS FOR JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOLS. ORGANIZE AND DEVELOP SPECIAL OLYMPIC TRAINING FOR SAILING. OFFER SAILING PROGRAMS FROM BEGINNER THROUGH ADVANCED SAILORS THAT ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
TO PROVIDE RESOURCES SUCH AS BOATS, DOCKAGE, COACHING, AND OTHER SUPPLIES AND SERVICES TO SUPPORT THE CITADEL SAILING PROGRAM.
