INCREASING ACCESS TO QUALITY HEALTHCARE THROUGHOUT RURAL SOUTH CAROLINA INCLUDING PROGRAMS SUCH AS STATE OFFICE OF RURAL HEALTH, MEDICAL RURAL HOSPITAL FLEXIBILITY, SMALL RURAL HOSPITAL IMPROVEMENT, RURAL HEALTH ACCESS AND OTHER SERVICES TO RURAL HEALTH CLINICS.
PROVIDING ASSISTANCE TO MOTHERS AND CHILDREN THROUGH THE LOW COUNTRY HEALTHY START PROGRAM.
