THE ORGANIZATION IS THE PREMIER LOCAL ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO ALLEVIATING HUNGER IN THE COMMUNITY. THEY HAVE AN ARMY OF VOLUNTEERS WHICH OPERATE REFRIDGERATED TRUCKS 7 DAYS PER WEEK, 52 WEEKS PER YEAR, COLLECTING SURPLUS FOOD FROM GROCERY AND OTHER STORES AND DISTRIBUTING TO DISTRIBUTION AGENCY PARTNERS.
