EAST COOPER HABITAT FOR HUMANITY COORDINATES VOLUNTEER AND CHARITABLE RESOURCES TO BUILD HOMES AND MAKE REPAIRS FOR QUALIFIED LOW INCOME FAMILIES. THE HOMES ARE FINANCED WITH NON-INTEREST BEARING MORTGAGES. WE CONTINUE TO SERVICE THE MORTGAGES FOR THE 78 HOMES WE HAVE BUILT UNTIL THEY ARE PAID OFF. THROUGH OUR REPAIR PROGRAM, WE PROVIDE SUPPORT TO OUR HABITAT FAMILIES AND NEIGHBORHOODS.DURING THE 2021-2022 FISCAL YEAR WE COMPLETED CONSTRUCTION ON ONE HOME AND TRANSFERRED OWNERSHIP TO A FAMILY AND COMPLETED TWO REPAIR PROJECTS.
