SBIRT PROGRAM-AN EVIDENCE BASED PROGRAM TO HELP INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE SUBSTANCE ABUSERS OR AT HIGH RISK OF ADDICTION TO GAIN ACCESS TO TREATMENT INTERVENTIONS THAT INCORPORATE MEDICAL CARE AND BEHAVIOR THERAPY.
