CONSTRUCTED CLASSROOM AND GYMNASIUM FOR THE BRASHIER CHARTER MIDDLE SCHOOL CAMPUS AT THE REQUEST OF GREENVILLE TECHNICAL COLLEGE. CONTINUING REVENUE AND EXPENSES ARE FOR OWNERSHIP OF BUILDING BY GREENVILLE TECH FOUNDATION.
