FOSTER GRANDPARENT PROGRAM - 59 LOW INCOME SENIOR VOLUNTEERS RECEIVED A TAX-FREE FEDERAL STIPEND TO PROVIDE 38,394 VOLUNTEER HOURS ASSISTANCE TO CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS.
TRANSPORTATION - 99 SENIORS RECEIVED 93,168 POINT TO POINT MILES OF TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM LOCAL SENIOR CENTERS TO ENABLE THEM TO RECEIVE A HOT NOON DAY MEAL AND PARTICIPATE IN EXERCISE, EDUCATIONAL AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES AT THE CENTERS.
