ARE LIMITED TO RESIDENTS OF GREER, TAYLORS, DUNCAN, LYMAN, WELLFORD AND NOW STARTEX. EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM: AN EMPOWERED NEIGHBOR IS ABLE TO THRIVE AND EXPERIENCE LIFE IN AN INTENTIONAL AND PURPOSEFUL WAY. THIS PROGRAM INCLUDES RENEW CLASSES AND ARE OPEN TO ANYONE TO PARTICIPATE.
