THE FOUNDATION WAS ORGANIZED IN 1998 TO RECEIVE CONTRIBUTIONS FROM THE GENERAL PUBLIC. ALL CONTRIBUTIONS WOULD BE INVESTED TO GENERATE A REASONABLE RATE OF RETURN IN PERPETUITY WHICH WOULD BE TO SUPPORT ACTIVITIES OF THE EXCHANGE CLUBS CHILD ABUSE PREVENTION CENTER IN DURHAM INC EXCHANGE FAMILY CENTER .
