HOUSING ASSISTANCE PROVIDED TO ELIGIBILE PARTICIPANTS IN ORDER TO OBTAIN SAFE AND SANITARY HOUSING. HEAD START IS DESIGNED TO FOSTER HEALTHY DEVELOPMENT IN LOW INCOME CHILDREN. COMMUNITY SERVICE BLOCK GRANT OFFERS ASSISTANCE IN EMPLOYMENT EDUCATION. WEATHERIZATION ASSISTANCE HELPS LOW INCOME CITIZENS SAVE ENERGY AND REDUCE COSTS WHILE LIVING IN A MORE COMFORTABLE ENVIRONMENT. SINGLE FAMILY REHABILTATION ENABLES ELIGIBLE PARTICAPANTS TO OBTAN SAFE AND SANITARY HOUSING.
