ANNUAL CONVENTION AND TRADE SHOW: BUSINESS AND EDUCATIONAL EVENTS DESIGNED TO PROVIDE THE MEMBERSHIP THE OPPORTUNITY TO ATTEND SEMINARS AND SEE EXHIBITS BY VENDORS THAT WILL FURTHER THEIR KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE IN THE AREA OF FOOD PREP.
