PROGRAM: FOOD BOX EXPRESS COMMUNITY AGRICULTURE CSA SERVING OVER 38,000 SNAP AND LOW-INCOME PARTICIPANTS FOOD BOXES ARE DELIVERED DIRECTLY TO THE CLIENTS. MID-EAST SENIOR FOOD BOX PROGRAM FEES PAID.
PROGRAM: ACCESS CONNECT MOBILE FARMERS MARKET OPERATIONS 5 MONTHS PER YEAR DURING THE GROWING SEASON SERVING THE FOOD DESERTS. THE ADVERAGE DAILY PARTICIPANTION IS 75 CUSTOMERS.
