PROGRAM: ACCESS CONNECT MOBILE FARMERS MARKET OPERATIONS 5 MONTHS PER YEAR DURING THE GROWING SEASON SERVING THE FOOD DESERTS. THE ADVERAGE DAILY PARTICIPANTION IS 75 CUSTOMERS.
