AMERICAN HEBREW ACADEMY, INC. WAS ORIGINALLY FOUNDED TO PROVIDE A MODERN AMERICAN COLLEGE PREPARATORY PROGRAM IN CONJUNCTION WITH A JEWISH SECONDARY EDUCATION TO MOTIVATED STUDENTS WITHIN THE SETTING OF A JEWISH BOARDING SCHOOL. THE FIRST CLASSES WITH STUDENTS WERE HELD SEPTEMBER 2001. THE ACADEMY HAS SINCE BEEN RE-BRANDED AS GREENSBORO GLOBAL ACADEMY AND, MINDFUL OF SOCIETY'S NEED TO EDUCATE A NEW GENERATION OF DIVERSE GLOBAL CITIZENS, ADOPTED A NONSECTARIAN MISSION TO STUDENTS OF ALL FAITHS, CULTURES AND BACKGROUNDS FROM AROUND THE WORLD. THE ACADEMY HAS BEEN WORKING ON DEVELOPING CURRICULUM FOR THE UNACCOMPANIED MINORS PROGRAM THAT WILL LAUNCH IN FYE 2023.06.30.
