COUNSELING AND JUDICIAL ADVOCACY FOR VICTIMS OF SEXUAL ASSAULT AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. SAFE PROVIDED CRITICAL AND LIFE SAVING SERVICES TO APPROX 350 VIC ITIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND SEXUAL ASSAULT. SAFES COURT ADVOCACY PROGRAM SUPPORTED APPROX 425 VICTIMS OF SEXUAL ASSAULT AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE BY ASSISTING IN OBTAINING DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PROTECTIVE ORDERS AS WELL AS PROVIDED SUPPORT WHILE VICTIMS SERVED AS WITNESSES IN TRIALS AGAINST THEIR ABUSERS. SAFE PARTICIPATED IN 40 OUTEREACH PROGRAMS AND EDUCATIONAL EVENTS WITH PROGRAMS DESIGNED TO REACH PEOPLE AT HIGHER RISK FOR EXPERIENCING VIOLENCE, AS WELL AS LATINAS AND THE MIGRANT COMMUNITIES.
