THE FOUNDATION AWARDS GRANTS TO TEACHERS WHO DEVELOP UNIQUE INSTRUCTIONAL PROGRAMS. WE ALSO AWARD A SINGLE GRANT TO THE TEACHER NOMINATED BY THEIR SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR WHO BEST EXEMPLIFIES TEACHING EXCELLENCE IN THEIR SCHOOL
OUR GOAL IS TO PROVIDE A 500 SCHOLARSHIP TO EACH GRADUATING SENIOR WHO WAS IN THE TOP 20 OF THEIR SCHOOLS CLASS AND MAINTAINED A WEIGHTED 4.0 GPA THROUGHOUT THEIR HIGH SCHOOL SCREERS. OUR PRIMARY SCHOLARSHIP IS THE A. MICKEY CHURCH SCHOLARSHIP. HOWEVER, THE FOUNDATION OVERSEES APPROXIMATELY 30 DIFFERENT SCHOLARSHIPS.
STUDENT ACHIEVEMENTS ARE RECOGNIZED FOR ALL STUDENTS THROUGHOUT THE ACADEMIC YEAR. RECOGNITIONS ARE GIVEN FOR MATH DAY, ROBOTICS, SPELLING BEE, ETC.
