Part 3
OUR MAJOR ACTIVITY IS TO DEVELOP, HOST AND SUPPORT THE SWIM AND DIVE TEAM WHICH PROMOTES WATER SAFETY AND KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES FOR YOUTH AGES 4-18 THROUGHOUT THE GREATER MEBANE COMMUNITY. EIGHT PRACTICE SESSIONS WEEKLY DURING THE SEASON CONDUCTED FOR TEAM THAT ROSTERS MORE THAN 120 YOUTH OF MEMBERS AND NONMEMBERS. WE HAVE A SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM FOR THOSE INDIVIDUALS WHO NEED SUPPORT/ADDITIONAL TRAINING BY LOCAL SCHOOL RESOURCE OFFCIALS TO ATTEND SWIM LESSONS OUTSIDE OF THE SUMMER SEASON.
