CONSISTENT WITH THE ORGANIZATION'S EXEMPT PURPOSE, ROWAN REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER, INC. (RRMC) PROMOTED THE HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE COMMUNITY IN WHICH THE ORGANIZATION OPERATED, SERVING ALL MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY REGARDLESS OF THEIR ABILITY TO PAY. IN JANUARY 2022, RRMC CONVERTED TO A LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY WHOLLY OWNED BY NOVANT HEALTH, INC., A TAX-EXEMPT HEALTHCARE ORGANIZATION, AND ALL CONTINUING OPERATIONS ARE REPORTED ON THE NOVANT HEALTH, INC.'S FORM 990.
