PROMOTE AMBULATORY SURGERY AS AN INTEGRAL COMPONENT OF THE HEALTH CARE INDUSTRY. DEVELOP A NETWORK BY WHICH MARKET AND INDUSTRY INFORMATION CAN BE SHARED TO PROVIDE A SAFER, MORE COST-EFFECTIVE AMBULATORY SURGERY ENVIRONMENT.
