OPERA IN THE PARK: PRESENTATION OF A CONCERT VERSION OF AN OPERA EACH YEAR IN PORTLAND, OREGON'S WASHINGTON PARK AS PART OF THE PORTLAND PARKS DEPARTMENT SUMMER CONCERT SERIES, FREE TO THE PUBLIC. DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS, WE WERE UNABLE TO COMPLETE A PERFORMANCE EVENT DURING THIS FISCAL YEAR. WE FOCUSED OUR RESOURCES ON PREPARING FOR OUR UPCOMING 20TH ANNIVERSARY PERFORMANCE IN 2022. WE EAGERLY ANTICIPATE THIS UPCOMING EVENT OFFERING AN AUTHENTIC AND ACCESSIBLE OPPORTUNITY FOR THE PUBLIC TO CONNECT TO THE ART FORM. THE BOARD IS ALSO ENGAGED IN RACC'S CULTURAL LEADERSHIP PROGRAM WITH THE GOAL OF FURTHER STRENGTHENING OUR MISSION, ORGANIZATIONAL CAPACITY, AND OUTREACH.
