(THE ORGANIZATION") IS ORGANIZED ON A NOT-FOR-PROFIT BASIS, TO OPERATE A RURAL HEALTH NETWORK AS DEFINED IN PUBLIC HEALTH LAW ARTICLE 29A WITHIN SCHUYLER, STEUBEN, YATES, ONTARIO, WAYNE, CHEMUNG, LIVINGSTON AND SENECA COUNTIES. THE ORGANIZATION'S PURPOSE IS TO PROMOTE, INTEGRATE AND EXPAND PROVISION OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES AND HEALTH SERVICE DELIVERY AMONG PUBLIC HEALTH DIRECTORS IN THESE COUNTIES IN ORDER TO IMPROVE ACCESS TO CARE, HEALTHY OUTCOMES AND THE HEALTH STATUS FOR THEIR RESIDENTS.
