PROVIDE FUNDS TO THE KIBALE FOREST SCHOOLS' PROGRAM - KFSP (FORMERLY AFROKAPS). KFSP IS A UGANDAN COMPANY LIMITED BY GUARANTEE, AND A REGISTERED NGO (NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATION) RICHARD WRANGHAM AND ELIZABETH ROSS ARE DIRECTORS FOR BOTH KASIISI PROJECT AND KFSP. KFSP PROVIDES FUNDING TO ASSIST IN THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF MORE THAN 16 UGANDAN GOVERNMENT FUNDED PRIMARY SCHOOLS LOCATED WITHIN 5KM OF THE BOUNDARY OF KIBALE NATIONAL PARK, UGANDA. IT PROVIDES HEALTH CARE, EDUCATION AND CONSERVATION OUTREACH TO OVER 8,000 CHILDREN THEIR FAMILIES AND COMMUNITIES.
