THE FOUNDATION HELPED PEOPLE AND ORGANIZATIONS OF THE CAPITAL REGION OF NEW YORK BY PROVIDING FINANCIAL AND NON-FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR EDUCATIONAL ENDEAVORS, COMMUNITY ENRICHMENT, AND CHILDREN'S CAUSES. FOLLOWING THE AUGUST 2022 MERGER OF ITS PARENT ENTITY, CAPITAL COMMUNICATIONS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, AND THE STATE EMPLOYEES FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, LATER BROADVIEW FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, IN JANUARY 2023 THE FOUNDATION CEASED OPERATIONS. THE RESIDUAL FUNDS AND LIABILITIES OF THE FOUNDATION WERE TRANSFERRED TO AND ASSUMED BY BROADVIEW CARES FOUNDATION. THE FOUNDATION WAS DISSOLVED IN SEPTEMBER 2023.
