THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO PAST AND PRESENT EMPLOYEES OF THE MASTERS OF FOXHOUNDS ASSOCIATION OF AMERICA, INC., AN ORGANIZATION DESCRIBED IN SECTION 501(C)(4), AND TO PAST AND PRESENT EMPLOYEES OF THE HUNTS (APPROXIMATELY 150 TO 170) RECOGNIZED AND REGULATED BY IT WHO ARE IN NEED OF PHYSICAL INCAPACITY RESULTING FROM AGE, ILLNESS, ACCIDENT OR DISABILITY. WIDOWS AND SURVIVING CHILDREN OF DECEASED EMPLOYEES OF THESE ORGANIZATIONS MAY ALSO QUALIFY FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE BASED ON NEED.THE ORGANIZATION ALSO ASSISTS THE MFHA FOUNDATION IN ITS EDUCATIONAL MISSION FOR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT, BUT ONLY FOR HUNT STAFF WHO CANNOT AFFORD TO OTHERWISE PAY TO IMPROVE THEIR KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS.
