ITS PRIMARY OBJECTIVES INCLUDE IMPROVING INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION IN THE INSOLVENCY AREA AND ACHIEVING GREATER COORDINATION AMONG NATIONS IN MULTINATIONAL BUSINESS REORGANIZATIONS AND RESTRUCTURINGS.
