GPAAR IS A TRADE ASSOCIATION OF REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS AND AFFILIATE MEMBERS SERVING THE VIRGINIA COUNTIES OF CULPEPER, FAUQUIER, MADISON, AND RAPPAHANNOCK.

THE GREATER PIEDMONT REALTORS (GPR) PROVIDE EXCEPTIONAL VALUE AND SERVICES TO OUR REALTOR MEMBERS TO ELEVATE THEIR SUCCESS, PROFESSIONALISM, AND ABILITY TO SERVE THEIR CLIENTS. PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL AND DESIGNATION CLASS OPPORTUNITIES ARE CRITICAL AND NEEDED FOR THE REALTOR MEMBER TO RENEW THEIR STATE LICENSING REQUIREMENTS, STAY ABREAST OF CURRENT INDUSTRY MATTERS, AND ENSURE THEY ARE EQUIPPED TO SERVE THEIR CLIENTS. GPR PROVIDES CLASSES THROUGHOUT THE CALENDAR YEAR COVERING MANY DIFFERENT TOPICS/SUBJECTS FOR BOTH NEW LICENSEES, BROKERS, AND RENEWING LICENSEES IN A VIRTUAL, IN-PERSON, AND HYBRID ENVIRONMENT AS A RESULT OF COVID-19.
