RCE'S POVERTY PREVENTION PROGRAM STRENGTHENS IMPOVERISHED FAMILIESIN ORDER TO KEEP FAMILIES INTACT AND PREVENTAT-RISK CHILDREN FROM ABANDONMENT BY INTEGRATING FAMILIES INTO THEIR COMMUNITY THROUGH PARTNERSHIPS WITH 23 LOCALCHURCHES.
