DG HAS A STRONG FOOTPRINT IN PUBLIC FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT, THROUGH AID EFFECTIVENESS, OPEN CONTRACTING, AND EXTRACTIVES DATA. DG LINKS COUNTRY-LEVEL USERS OF GLOBAL DATA STANDARDS, PROVIDING CRITICAL FEEDBACK ON WHAT GOVERNMENTS AND CIVIL SOCIETY NEED IN ORDER TO BETTER USE DATA.
