IN 2021, THE FOUNDATION AWARDED 9 SCHOLARSHIPS TO ENGINEERING STUDENTS AT THE TECHNICAL/ASSOCIATE, UNDERGRADUATE AND GRADUATE LEVELS.
THE AGMA FOUNDATION PROVIDED FUNDING FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF MULTIPLE OPERATOR LEVEL COURSES. THE COURSES PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR SHOP LEVEL EMPLOYEES TO ENGAGE IN PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITY. THE COURSES PROVIDE THE EMPLOYEES WITH AN OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN FROM AND INTERACT WITH THE EXPERTS IN THE GEAR INDUSTRY.
