THE MISSION OF THE SOCIETY FOR NEUROSCIENCE IN ANESTHESIOLOGY AND CRITICAL CARE (SNACC) IS TO ADVANCE THE ART AND SCIENCE OF THE CARE OF THE NEUROLOGICALLY IMPAIRED PATIENT THROUGH EDUCATION, TRAINING AND RESEARCH IN PERIOPERATIVE NEUROSCIENCE.
Describe the Organization's Program Activity:
ANNUAL MEETING WORKSHOPS AND EXHIBITS PROVIDE FORUM FOR INTERCHANGE OF INFORMATION AND EDUCATIONAL SEMINARS RELATED TO NEUROSURGICAL ANESTHESIA AND CRITICAL CARE.
THE MISSION OF THE INTERNATIONAL COUNCIL ON PERIOPERATIVE NEUROSCIENCE TRAINING (ICPNT) IS TO SET EDUCATIONAL STANDARDS, FOSTER ENGAGEMENT, AND SUPERVISE ACTIVITIES THAT PROMOTE HIGH QUALITY SUBSPECIALTY EDUCATION IN PERIOPERATIVE NEUROSCIENCES AND ULTIMATELY IMPROVE OUTCOMES OF PATIENTS WITH NEUROLOGIC CONDITIONS IN THE PERI-PROCEDURAL PERIOD.
COMMUNICATIONS VIA WEBSITE, NEWSLETTER, ETC. PROVIDE INFORMATION OF INTEREST TO THE MEMBERSHIP IN THE FIELDS OF NEUROSURGICAL ANESTHESIA AND CRITICAL CARE.
