THE SOLE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO COLLEGE STUDENTS WHO HAVE GRADUATED FROM THE WESTMORELAND COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM. COPIES OF APPLICATION AND BY-LAWS ARE ON FILE WITH IRS. THE SCHOLARSHIP FUND TERMINATED OPERATIONS AS OF JUNE 3, 2020 AND AS REQUIRED UNDER THE FUND'S TRUST AGREEMENT ALL FUNDS WERE TRANSFERRED TO THE WESTMORELAND COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD, 141 OPAL LANE, MONTROSS, VA 22520 FOR THE BENEFIT OF WESTMORELAND COUNTY, VA STUDENTS.
