THE ORGANIZATION WAS SUCCESSFUL IN ITS MISSION TO PROMOTE THE HEALTH, WELFARE AND SAFETY OF ITS HOMEOWNERS AND THOSE WHO TRAVEL TO AND THROUGH THE SUBDIVISION. THE ORGANIZATION SUCCESSFULLY MANAGED ROAD MAINTENANCE, SNOW REMOVAL, AND ITS RESPONSIBILITIES AS A SANITARY DISTRICT IN WARREN COUNTY, VIRGINIA, INSOFAR AS ITS LAKE AND DAM SYSTEM IS CONCERNED. IN 2022 THE WARREN COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS CANCELED IT'S CONTRACT WITH THE ORGANIZATION. THIS REPRESENTS A MAJOR DECREASE IN FUNDING. A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF LEGAL COSTS WERE INCURRED TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE.
