TO ENHANCE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR OUR MILITARY MEMBERS AND THEIR FAMILIES BY PROVIDING QUALITY, LOW COST, SECONDHAND MERCHANDISE FOR THEM TO PURCHASE. IN ADDITION, WE PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO MILITARY CHILDREN AND CHARITABLE DONATIONS TO ACTIVITIES AND PROGRAMS THAT BENEFIT THESE SAME FAMILIES, AS AGREED UPON BY A MAJORITY OF THE COMMUNITY COMMITTEE.

OPERATION OF THRIFT SHOP FOR BENEFIT OF MILTARY FAMILIES LIVING AND WORKING AT FORT BELVOIR. PROVIDES THE OPPORTUNITY FOR SOLDIERS AND THEIR FAMILIES TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF THEIR LIVES BY PROVIDING A VENUE TO PURCHASE QUALITY SECOND HAND ITEMS.
