INFANT DEVELOPMENT PROJECT - PROVIDES EARLY INTERVENTION HOME BASED SERVICES TO FAMILIES OF INFANTS, AGES BIRTH TO 3 YEARS OLD, WHO ARE DEVELOPMENTALLY DELAYED OR HIGH RISK.
