RICHMOND, VA PUBLIC SCHOOL STUDENTS (ELEMENTARY & MIDDLE) RECEIVE FREE ART CLASSES AFTER SCHOOL. WE ALSO OFFER FREE PROGRAMMING FOR SENIORS AND SCHOLARSHIPS FOR PARTICIPANTS IN NEED.
